1sk | daun parsley dihiris halus |

1/2 sk | lada hitam kasar |
2sb | air rebusan spaghetti |
Secukup rasa | garam |
Panaskan EVOO & goreng udang & sotong separuh masak secara berasingan. Angkat dr pan & ketepikan.
Menggunakan pan yg sama, tambah sedikit minyak jika perlu, tumiskan bawang putih hingga wangi & keperangan. Masukkan chili flakes & kacau sebati.
