Tips

Rendang dimasak menggunakan api perlahan & tempoh yg lama supaya santan pecah minyak & menghasilkan warna yg cantik. Selain itu ia juga dpt melembutkan daging.

Ingredients

1 kg daging lembu
1/2 kg santan pekat
2sb kerisik
3 batang serai diketuk
1/2 cawan minyak utk menumis
3sb air asam jawa
Secukup rasa garam & gula
10 helai daun limau purut dihiris halus
Bahan Kisaran
15 tangkai cili kering direbus
1 labu bawang besar
7 ulas bawang merah
5 ulas bawang putih
2cm halia
2cm lengkuas

Panaskan minyak & masukkan bahan kisar & serai. Masak hingga pecah minyak.
