Tips

Tepung boleh juga campur dengan serbuk lada hitam. Tapi jangan tambah air.

Nak tau ubi empuk, cucuk pisau @ garfu pada ubi. Jika mudah tembus, maka ubi empuk.

2 biji ubi kentang
1 mangkuk air panas
1/2 cawan tepung gandum (diayak)
2 sb serbuk cili
Secukup rasa garam
1 kiub kiub pati ayam

Potong ubi bentuk wedges. Tak kupas kulit pun ok, tapi pastikan telah dibersihkan.
