Tips

Penggunaan tepung ubi membuatkan keropok kekal lembut walaupun telah sejuk. Jika menggunakan tepung sagu, keropok menjadi agak liat & keras jika telah sejuk.

300 g tepung ubi
150 ml air sejuk
1 cmt gula
2 cmt garam
