Tips

If the potatoes are too soft, place the shaped potatoes into fridge for 30 minutes or longer. you can add on your favourite vegetable into the mixture

Ingredients

2 potatoes ~ peeled, boiled and mashed
1/2 large onion ~ peeled and diced
Little salt to taste
200g minced meat
1 cup panko(japanese bread crumb)
1 egg ~ lightly beaten
1/2 cup flour
Enough oil for frying

Saute minced meat and onion in skillet for 5 minutes.
