1 mangkuk ayam dipotong kecil
1 keping asam gelugor
Secukup rasa gula & garam
2sb air belacan
2 tangkai daun kari (jika suka)
Bahan Kisar
11 tangkai cili kering
2 labu bawang besar
4 ulas bawang putih
