-kalau malas nak buat Creme Anglaise, just cairkan ais krim vanilla, sejukkan sebentar. rasa yang sama mungkin lebih sedap!

Ingredients

Bahan Ile Flottante / Floating Island
5 biji putih telur (saiz a)
1 sudu kecil cream of tartar
1/2 cawan gula castor
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla
Secubit garam
Bahan Creme Anglaise
3 cawan susu cair
1 sudu esen vanilla
5 biji telur kuning
2 + 1/2 cawan gula aising
Bahan Caramel
1/2 cawan gula pasir
1/2 cawan + 3 sudu air

Panaskan oven 200 celcius. Sapukan acuan kek dgn sedikit minyak sayuran.

Masukkan dlm acuan kek,tengkuh utk ratakan. masukkan acuan dlm dulang berisi air. bakar sampai meringue gebu & bewarna coklat. lebih kurang 15-20 min.

Panaskan susu + essen vanilla. Tutup api. putar kuning telur & gula icing. Tuang sedikit susu suam dan putar sampai rata.

Panaskan gula & 3 sudu air hingga gula jadi perang.masukkan 1/2 cwn air, kacau sampai mendidih.letakkan pan atas air ais & kacau hingga caramel sejuk.
