Kalau nak tuang dalam loyang, 1 adunan kek ni kukus selama 45 minit.

Ingredients

1 cawan minyak masak
1 cawan serbuk koko
1 cawan gula castor
1 cawan susu manis
1 cawan air
2 biji telur
1 cawan tepung gandum
1/2 sudu kecil baking soda
1/2 sudu kecil baking powder
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla

Masukkan air, minyak, serbuk koko, gula,esen vanilla dan susu manis ke dalam periuk. Buka api perlahan dan kacau sampai gula larut.

Dalam mangkuk lain, pukul telur. Ambil sesenduk adunan dimasak td dan masukkan kedalam mangkuk telur perlahan2 sambil dikacau laju2.

Masukkan semula adunan telur+adunan koko tadi ke dalam periuk sambil dikacau hingga pekat. Tutup api. Biar sejuk sedikit.

Ayak tepung, baking soda dan baking powder. Masukkan sikit2 ke dalam adunan koko tadi sambil kacau kaup balik guna spatula. Kacau sampai semua sebati.

Pastikan pengukus dah dipanaskan 15 minit awal, api besar.

Susun cupcake paper ke dalam acuan. Masukkan adunan kek 3/4 penuh cup. Kukus selama 15-20 minit, api sederhana besar. Buat sehingga habis. Done.
