1 kg - bersihkan & buang hujung siput sedut
3 batang - ketuk serai
1 keping asam keping
Secukup rasa garam
1 kotak santan
Jika perlu serbuk kunyit
1 kotak air
Bahan Tumbuk:
15 biji cili padi
2 inci kunyit hidup
