Tambah tepung gamdum pada inti supaya inti tidak terlalu lembik dan berair.

1cawan tepung gandum
1biji telur
1cawan air
1/2cawan santan
2sudu besar minyak
Hijau pewarna
Pandan paste
Bahan Inti
2cawan parutan putih kelapa
1cawan gula melaka
3sudu besar gula pasir
1/4cup air
Secukup rasa tepung gandum
Sehelai daun pandan

Masukkan kesemua parutan putih kelapa, gula melaka, gula pasir dan air. Kacau sebati.
