Tips

Didihkan air dalam kettle dan tuangkan ke dalam bekas sotong segar. (supaya bila masak air sotong tak keluar dan merosakkan resipi tu. Kadang kadang, kite terlupe nak rebus dulu sotong tu, sehingga menu yang sepatutnya kering jadi basah)

Ingredients

4 sudu besar olive oil
8 ulas kecil bawang merah (dicincang halus)
6 ulas kecil bawang putih (dicincang halus)
4 biji cili padi (dipotong)
200g glass noodles yang telah direndam
10 ekor sotong
6 ekor udang harimau (dibuang kulit )
3 sudu besar maggie seasoning
1 biji jagung muda dihiris
Satu mangkok kecil taugeh
10 biji green peas
Satu mangkuk kecil daun pudina
Secubit garam
Serumpun lettuce (hiasan)

Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, cili padi menggunakan olive oil sehingga naik baru.
