Tips

Gula melaka digunakan untuk menambah keenakkan kuah kacang. Jika kurang manis boleh tambah gula pasir.

Ingredients

1 cawan kacang tanah
Secukupnya air asam jawa
2 keping gula melaka
Secukup rasa garam
Bahan Kisar
11 tangkai cili kering direbus
1sb udang kering direndam supaya lembut
3 ulas bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
2cm halia
2 batang serai (bahagian lembut shja)

Goreng kacang tanpa minyak. Sejukkan & buang kulit. Tumbuk/kisar kasar.
