Boleh guna instant sambal belacan paste! Sekarang dekat market banyak jual yg instant dan ade jenama yang sedap! I tak ingat jenama ape yg I beli, tapi dia dalam botol kaca ;)

1 mangkok nasi putih
4 ulas bawang merah dihiris halus
4 ulas bawang putih dicincang halus
2 sudu besar minyak zaitun until menumis
15 ekor udang
3 sudu ( ikot tahap kepedasan ) sambal belacan paste
100 gram brocoli
1 biji telur
Secukup rasa garam

Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih menggunakan minyak zaitun sehingga naik bau.

Masukkan sambal belacan paste. Masukkan udang. Biarkan sehingga udang masak dan sambal agak garing.
