Tips

Bagi orang yang mempunyai sakit jantung, sila tukarkan santan kepada susu cair

Ingredients

200 g daging (hiris nipis)
200 g santan
100 - 200 ml air
1-2 biji kentang (potong 4)
Secukupnya rempah tumis (bunga lawang, cengkih,buah pelaga, kulit kayu manis)
Sepeket kecil serbuk kari daging
4-5 biji bawang merah (dikisar)
1-2 ulas bawang putih (dikisar)
1-2 cm halia (dikisar)
Sebatang serai (optional)
2 keping asam keping (boleh guna air asam jawa juga)
Secukupnya garam
5-6 sudu besar minyak untuk menumis
