1 ekor ikan tongkol
1 biji kelapa (ambil santannya)
5 sudu besar rempah kari ikan baba's
1 biji bawang besar
2 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia
1 tangkai daun kari
Sedikit air asam jawa
1 biji tomato
