Easy Spaghetti Carbonara

Got this recipe from one of my favourite food bloggers. Instead of using the instant carbonara sauce, we can use these easy-find ingredients to make the carbonara sauce and it taste just the same as the real Spaghetti Carbonara.

Prep time 10 minute(s) Cook time 20 minute(s) Total time 30 minute(s) Yield 2 serving(s)

Tips

1. This recipe is best to be eaten immediately after you finished making it because the sauce will get drier once it cool down.

2. Can use sausages instead of chicken ham.

3. You can also use Parmesan Cheese instead cheddar cheese. (i used cheddar cheese because i don't have the Parmesan Cheese, so i improvised a little bit)

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, squashed
55 g chicken ham, cubed
200 g spaghetti
2 eggs
55 g cheddar cheese, shredded
1 freshly ground pepper
1/2 cups or as desired broccoli, cooked

Instructions

1

In a large mixing ball, crack in the eggs and add in shredded cheddar cheese. Then whisk until combined. And set aside.
