3-4 keping asam keping
Secukupnya garam
1+1 inci halia
4 ulas bawang merah dihiris
Secukupnya rempah 3sekawan
Setengah paket rempah kari ikan
2 sudu kecil ciliboh
1 cawan santan
Secukupnya garam gula
Secukupnya bendi

Bersihkan ikan. Rebuskan dengan air, garam, asam keping, dan halia. Sehingga menggelegak, ketepikan.
