Untuk mendapatkan kuah sambal yg merah masukkan gula apabila tumisan sudah kering/pecah minyak.

Ingredients

1 mangkuk kecil kepala sotong
1 keping asam keping
1sb sos cili
Secukup rasa garam & gula
Bahan Kisar
9 tangkai cili kering direbus
1 labu bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih

Panaskan minyak & tumis bahan kisar. Masukkan asam keping & biarkan tumisan kering.
