Tidak dapat menikmati keenakkan meatball ikea, jadi buat sendiri. Menggunakan bahan2 ready-to-cook & bahan2 kuah yg ringkas. Asalkan secukup rasa & anak2 suka jadilah. :)

Tips

1. Jika tiada bahan2 herba dibawah, gunakan mixed herbs.
2. Jika suka kuah sedikit hitam, tambahkan kicap.
3. Jgn risau jika tepung berketul kerana kuah akan dikisar & kuah akan smooth.

Ingredients

1 paket frozen meatball
1/2 paket frozen potato wedges
Bahan2 Untuk Kuah Blackpepper
1/2 labu bawang besar didadu
1 ulas bawang putih didadu
2sb butter
2sb tepung gandum
2sb sos blackpepper life
1 cubit dried rosemary
1 cubit dried basil
1 cubit dried oregano
1- 1/2 cawan air
1 kiub pati ayam knorr
Secukup rasa garam

Instructions

Goreng meatball dgn minyak yg sedikit. Golek2an @ balikkan supaya masak sekata. Goreng garing potato wedges. Angkat & toskan minyak.

Sementara meatball masak, bolehlah memasak sos lada hitam. Cairkan butter & tumis bawang besar & bawang putih hingga layu.

Ceduk kuah atas pinggan hidangan, susunkan meatball & letakkan wedges ditepi. Menggunakan sudu, tuang kuah diatas meatball membentuk garisan zigzag.
