Ingredients

1/4 biji kobis
1/3 batang carrot
1 biji telur
Sedikit air asam jawa
1 cawan santan pekat
2 1/2 cawan air
3 biji bawang merah tumbuk
1 biji cili merah tumbuk
2 biji bawang putih ketuk
1 inci halia tumbuk
1 btg serai

Panaskan santan dan air dalam periuk. Masukkan bahan-bahan yang ditumbuk.
