Tips

Jangan rebus sayur hanya perlu celur sahaja. Tidak perlu tambah garam kerana sos tiram sudah masin.

Ingredients

6 pokok sayur pak choy
1 tin dihiris cendawan butang
3 ulas diketuk bawang putih
1 sudu besar serbuk lada hitam
3-4 sudu besar sos tiram
1 sudu besar kicap pekat
1-2 sudu besar dibancuh dengan 1 cawan air tepung jagung
2 sudu besar bawang goreng
Untuk menumis minyak
Untuk mencelur air

Cuci dan potong sikit sayur dibahagian hujung. Celur sayur dalam air panas selama 1 minit.
