Tips untuk salted caramel, Jgn api besar,nnt pahit. Jangan biar smpai kaler gula jd hitam nnt pahit jugak. Sampai kaler mcm golden brown shj.

1 kotak (1 liter) fresh cream/non dairy whip cream
3/4 tin susu pekat manis
2 sudu kecil esen vanilla
Bahan Flavor
1 cawan salted caramel
1 cawan isi rambutan
1-2 sudu serbuk matcha/green tea

Make sure defrost dulu fresh cream yg beku tu,then sejukkan kat peti biasa. Make sure betul2 sejuk ya.
