3 sudu besar serbuk kurma (jadikan pes)
1 cawan santan segar
Secukup rasa garam
Secukup rasa serbuk perasa
1 keping asam gelugur
1 batang cili besar (belah dua)
Bahan-Bahan Untuk Tumisan :
1/2 biji bawang besar (hiris halus)
3 ulas bawang putih (hiris halus)
2 inchi halia (hiris halus)
4 biji bunga lawang
4 biji bunga cengkih
1 batang kulit kayu manis
