Tips

1) I put 1 tablespoon of Nutella to make it even bolder chocolatey taste

2) drizzle some salted caramel on top and youll have the best salty sweet combination taste

3) indulge with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and brownies is great serve warm.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups castor sugar
3/4 cups corn oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 noss eggs
Ingredients B
3/4 cups all purpose flour
2/3 cups cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder

Using wooden spoon, mix the corn oil, sugar and vanilla extract till the sugar grain dissolve.

Slowly using wooden spoon, fold in the ing B into the ing A till well mix. do not over mix the batter. If you love nuts/choc chip. You can put it now

Put some parchment paper or just grease with some butter and flour . Pour the batter in and spread nicely

Bake on 180 deg for 25-35 minutes. Brownies should have those nice thin crust on top and gooey inside
