Gunakan pisau yang besar dan tajam untuk menyiang ikan pari.

Ingredients

Secukupnya minyak masak
2 senduk kecil bawang kisar (bawang merah & putih)
3-4 senduk kecil cili giling
1 bungkus serbuk kari ikan
3-4 cawan air
5-6 tongkol ikan pari
3-4 cawan santan pekat
1 keping asam keping
Secukup rasa garam kasar
4-5 helai daun kaduk

Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bawang kisar, cili giling dan serbuk kari ikan hingga pecah minyak.
