This Chutney is usually used as a spread for sandwiches. The chutney can also be had as an accompaniment with Briyani.

Tips

1. Keep it in refrigerator and it keeps good for up to 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator.

2. Add lemon juice as it preserves the green color in the chutney.

1 cup chopped mint leaves / pudina
1 cup chopped coriander / cilantro leaves
1 green chilli
1/2 inch ginger
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tbs lemon juice
A pinch salt

Instructions

In a mixer or blender grind all the above ingredients except for lemon juice and salt to a smooth paste using little water.
