Rebus daging dulu supaya daging lebih empuk dan lembut.

Ingredients

1/2kg (potong kiub) daging
3 biji (potong 4) kentang
Sebiji (potong nipis) carrot
Secukupnya (potong nipis) saleri
Secukupnya daun sup & daun bawang
1 pack sup bunjut
3 1/2 cawan air rebusan daging
Secukup rasa garam & gula
3 biji (dihiris) bawang merah
3 ulas (dihiris) bawang putih

Instructions

Rebus daging sehingga empuk dan lembut. Potong daging bentuk kiub dan hiris nipis. Air rebusan simpan.
