Sambal Ketuk

This recipe is from my Sister. She got the that from one of her roommate when she study in Johore. At first, when she introduce me the recipe.. Im like.. errr.. Sedap kew?? Because selalunya I makan ngan sambal belacan je kan.. I scoop 1/2 spoon.. just try not to waste the sambal if its not nice kan... Manatau.. I makan setengah bowl.. Each nasi yang masuk mulut I.. mesti ada sambal.. really sedap.. Especially eat with fried chicken or Ikan goreng.. perghhhh!!!

Tips

Goreng garing sikit ikan bilis tu.. so xla penat menumbuk nanti.. tapi.. Kalu x garing sgt.. dapat rasa isi2 ikan bilis.. ikut selera lah yew...

Ingredients

Segenggam ikan bilis
10 biji cili merah
5 biji cili api
2 inchi belacan dlm 2 inci
1 labu bawang besar
1 biji limau nipis
2-3 camca minyak masak

Ikan bilis digoreng garing dan ketepikan..Kemudian gorengkan cili dan bawang, dah hampir nk layu.. masuk belacan. Pastu goreng ckit lagi bagi layu.
