Secukupnya air
3 keping asam keping
Sambal
1 genggam cili padi
1 genggam cili merah
5 ulas bawang putih
1 inch belacan - dibakar
200ml air asam jawa
1 biji bawang besar
1 biji bawang holland
2 biji tomato
Secukupnya gula dan garam
