Digoreng ngan kunyit garam beberapa bahagian ayam
3 bwg putih - kisar
6 bwg merah - kisar
1 inci halia - hiris halus
1 s.besar serbuk lada hitam
6 cili padi - tumbuk pecah
1 bwg holland - hiris bulat2
1 peket suhun - direndam
1/2 cawan kicap manis
Secukupnye air
1 limau kasturi/asam keping (optional)
4 cendawan shitaki - rendam & hiris nipis (optional)
1 tomato belah 4
1 pokok daun bawang potong 1 inci
