Tips

Kulit udang jangan dibuang! Kulit udang direbus & ditoskan airnya. Guna air rebusan udang untuk buat stok sup. Boleh dibekukan.

Ingredients

1/2 biji - hiris kobis bunga
15 ekor - kupas kulit udang
10 biji - belah 2 bebola ikan
4 biji - hiris bawang merah
2 ulas - hiris bawang putih
1 biji kiub pati ikan bilis
1/2 camca kecil serbuk lada hitam
Secukup rasa minyak bijan
Secukup rasa garam
2 cawan air
1 pokok - hiris daun bawang

Instructions

Tumis bawang merah & bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan udang, kacau rata & tuang air rebusan kulit udang tadi. Kacau & biar mendidih.
