Tips

Boleh juga tumis bawang putih + bawang merah yang telah dikisar sebelum masukkan cili kisar. Saya tak berapa suka sebab nanti sambal cepat basi sebab berair.

Ingredients

5 ekor - kerat pendek, rendam sotong kering
1 genggam - rendam, goreng ikan bilis
2 senduk nasi cili kisar
1 biji - hiris bawang besar
3 ulas - hiris bawang putih
1/2 cawan air asam jawa
1 camca kecil kicap manis
Secukup rasa garam & gula

Instructions

Tumis bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan cili kisar. Masak hingga cili garing & naik minyak.
