1 cup coco powder
1 cup gula
1 cup minyak
1 cup susu cair
1 cup susu pekat
3 biji telur
1 1/2 cup tepung gandum
1 sudu besar baking powder

Dalam 1 periuk satukan coco powder, gula, minyak, susu cair dan susu pekat, kacau sebati di bawah api yang perlahan.

Bila adunan dah sebati Dan berkilat, tutup api. Kemudian pecahkan telur 1 per 1 dan kacau sehingga sebati.

Masukkan tepung gandum yang diayak bersama baking powder tadi. Masuk sedikit demi sedikit dan kacau sebati, masukkan adunan kedalam Loyang.
