Ingredients

3 sudu besar cili kisar
2 cawan nasi putih
10 ekor udang
1 biji (ditumbuk) bawang besar
4 ulas (ditumbuk) bawang putih
5 biji (ditumbuk) cili padi
1 batang diketuk serai
3 helai daun limau
Secukupnya garam & gula
1 sudu besar tomyam paste

Panaskan minyak tumiskan bahan yang ditumbuk tadi sehingga naik bau kemudia masukkan cili kisar, masak sehingga sedikit garing
