Bahan Kicap
5 labu bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
500 ml stok udang
8 sudu besar kicap manis
8 sudu besar sos tomato
8 sudu besar sos cili
5 sudu besar sos tiram
5 tangkai cili kering
Secukupnya (perasa) garam
